Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that this policy does not apply to food, perishable goods, or personal care items.
At this time, we are unable to offer returns for orders shipped outside of Malaysia and Singapore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unopened or unused, with all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at admin@stoneyface.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs (including the delivery to and return from your address) and the cost of any non-returnable goods will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item
We will review the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty, hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
